Kelsey A. Chilcoat

Education: Kelsey graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2016, after earning her Bachelors in Entrepreneurial Business with a minor in Business Law from Oklahoma State University in 2012. While in law school, Ms. Chilcoat served as Editor-in Chief of the Energy Law Journal and was a member of the legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi.

Practice Areas: Kelsey’s practice focuses in the areas of insurance litigation with a focus in first party automobile and property, breach of contract, bad faith, and construction law.

Experience: Kelsey is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma County Bar Association. Kelsey is admitted to practice before the United State District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.

Kelsey serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Mid-Del Group Home which provides residential and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities. She serves on the Fundraising Committee for the Uptown 23rd District where she chairs fundraising for several community development events.
